Maddi's off-track adventures

I imagine for a kid, being off track would be pretty great. Who wouldn't want to legally be able to stay home from school when your siblings all have to go to school?

So Monday, we went ice-skating.

The last time Maddi went ice-skating, she was two. She had a vague memory of it.
She loved it and did great!

Monday evening - she went to her new hip-hop dance class.
Tuesday, she and Collin and Emily went sledding on the fresh snow all afternoon.
Wednesday, she went swimming and played with a friend.
Today is crafting day. We are going to paint.
But Friday, the adventure will take her to Children's Hospital. She's not as excited for this field trip. Not too much fun there. She has to get her tonsils out and hopefully rid herself of the strep that has plagued her all year.
Three cheers for popsicles, pudding and ice-cream!

We'll pray for you !
That your tonsils come out quick
And you won't have to be so sick.

Way to go Maddi - ice skating without a broken bone to take home.
